This course is designed to provide the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual to become competent as Food Production Associate in accordance with industry standards.
Upon completion of NC2 course, the graduates will be able to work in Tourism and Hospitality industry and other relevant organizations where they can perform services like preparing stock, sauces, appetizers, starch items, vegetable items and breakfast items.
Upon completion of NC3 course, the graduates will be able to work in Tourism and Hospitality sectors and other relevant organizations where they can perform services like preparing desserts and meat items.

Upon completion of NC2 course, the graduates will be able to work in hospitality sector where they can perform services like prepare Bhutanese beverage and ceremonial food, Bhutanese appetizers and accompaniment and Bhutanese Starch and Cereal food items.
Upon completion of NC3 course, the graduates will be able to prepare of Bhutanese vegetable items; meat and egg items
